Frankly, I know nothing about DC, but I have a job from August, when I am about to discover. I want somewhere a little cheapish, but more importantly, culture, bars and relaxed young professionals and students. Basically I'm looking for the DC-quarter income is as close as possible to what I am - Central New York. Where do I look? What should I read?
