I am 14 and 150 pounds of my best friend can not even tell, I'm torrential. Yes ... its hard to lose weight if you are an adult, especially if you are older than 30 .... Metabolism slows down after his 20's ... When the metabolism of teenagers is much faster than an adult. I weighed size 1-2 when I 14/15 and when I was a little older, I started gaining weight.
